I own an AsRock Phantom Gaming RX570 4gb and I noticed this problem since last year, however no one was able to give me a proper answer.
This happends while I'm gaming or have nothing opened, it happens always. I have been told it might be for using a Clip recorder but I disabled it and it still happened. I also have been told that it was because of Wallpaper Engine so I disabled it and it still happened. So I have no clue what might be causing it. Is it normal?
I have a custom profile but it just changes the fan speeds and disabling it doesn't change anything.
Please tell me what else can I try or if its just normal, sorry for my bad english.
