When I set a custom profile in "Tune Game Performance" for my memory clock as 800mhz (Stock) for the max state, it only goes up to 700mhz in game. GPU (Vega 56 Strix) is not overheating and it should be able to reach its stock clock. I tried uninstalling gpu drivers with ddu on safe mode and reinstalled them but nothing happened. Core clocks are fine, it's just the memory clocks seem to be stuck at the minimum of 700mhz.
Attatched is the readings of the card in Fortnite, other games act the same way. (wouldn't show up on print screen so had to take a photo of it :/)
