My system is ryzen 7 2700, msi b450 gaming pro carbon ac, sapphire rx 580 nitro +8gb, spectrix d40 16 gb ram, power supply-ANTEC 750 WATT HCG BRONZE, WINDOW 10 PRO latest version(oct). Its a new built. During loading display driver screen goes black, no video signal, graphic card fan stops, cpu running. steps taken: 1) removed all amd drivers using ddu, clean installed driver but same issue. 2) used auto detect tool-same issue. 3) downloaded driver for rx 580 and installed driver but same issue. 4)clean installed windows and drivers but same issue. 5)updated MB BIOS and installed driver but same issue. windows showing microsoft basic display adapter and not rx 580. Unable use graphic card please help.
