UMA frame buffer size problem

I just discover that only doing this "Radeon Software -> Performance -> Tuning -> Change to Gaming. Reboot." will makes windows detect I set UMA frame buffer size to 4GB,while if I leave it as "productivity" windows only say 512MB only in the dedicated GPU memory(task manager).

I am not a gamer and would prefer "productivity" as my choice,so is it a bug of the software or such design is intentional? Thanks!
