Trine4 (wine) causes [drm:amdgpu_job_timedout [amdgpu]] *ERROR* ring gfx timeout, but soft recovered

I'm trying to run Trine 4 on linux with wine, but it causes error in dmesg and gets the whole screen stuck for a long time. Mostly

[drm:amdgpu_job_timedout [amdgpu]] *ERROR* ring gfx timeout, but soft recovered

but sometimes

[drm:amdgpu_dm_atomic_commit_tail [amdgpu]] *ERROR* Waiting for fences timed out!

Wine version 6.13, vkd3d is from git 2021-07-24. Debian buster. Kernel 5.14.0-rc3 but the same happens on earlier kernels including 5.13 and 5.12. firmware-amd-graphics is 20210315-2~bpo10+1.

GPU is 2d:00.0 0300: 1002:67df (rev e7)

2d:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Ellesmere [Radeon RX 470/480] (rev e7)

Any suggestions how to get rid of that error?

 

(I have GTX 750 Ti on another machine and there Trine 4 works fine with otherwise similar setup)

Upgrading to Debian bullseye, kernel 5.14-rc7, vkd3d 2021-08-26 and wine 6.15 fixed the problem.
