I have a problem, I took a video card 3 months ago, the temperature was on average 65-70 °, the hotspot was 80-88°
But now the temperature of the hotspot has changed by 110-119 °, although the average temperature remains the same.
I want to replace the thermal pads, but I don't know what size to choose, what thickness the reference 6950 xt graphics card has

You don't need new thermal pads if you're repasting a GPU to address a hotspot temperature. The memory and VRMs use pads, the GPU uses paste.
