switching from AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics Primary

Hi, I just built my first computer. I have a 6950 XT but for some reason, it's saying that the AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics (I am assuming this is my integrated GPU )is my Primary and the 6950xt is discrete. When I look at the settings it's telling that the 6950 xt is barely being used and most of my games are running at about 4fps.

Can anybody help or at least tell me whats wrong?

Connect the monitor to the 6950XT & clean install drivers for it.
