stuttering

Ok here's the situation. I've been having stuttering since I bought Dragon's Dogma II. I know the game has frame rate issues. Until the devs fix it there is nothing I can do to improve it.

So I tried some other games, Helldivers II, South Park Snow Day and a few others. The stuttering is still there. I was on 24.3.1. I thought maybe the latest driver has some issues. So I rolled back to 23.40.19.1 hoping that would fix the issue (DDU uninstalled in safe mode). Nope still there. In Helldivers II I had render scale set to super sampling. Which I thought could maybe be causing it on that game. I set it to native and the stuttering is gone.

So what is causing this to happen? What settings in Adrenaline could be causing this issue?
