Hi!
So I have this GPU for about 2 days, and I really got happy that I will switch my old R9 270 to this one, with the hopes that GPU streaming will be better without playback stuttering.
But, as testing much times, I expirienced the same thing with this card as the last one. The stream just stutters, its like 1fps literally. I have no lag In-Game, everything is smooth on my side. I would love for someone to tell me what the problem is and how things work!
Im using OBS to stream.
My PC specs are:
Ryzen 5 1600 @3.8GHz
RX580 8GB
8GB RAM
SSD
HDD
This build should handle streaming no problem, but I keep having issues, any help?
