Greetings.

I recently purchased AMD R7 360 graphic card and noticed something really strange. I appear to have rain/snow fall effect on my monitor fortunately, it cannot be captured by a camera otherwise I would show you. plug'd in (another) TV and the effect is gone. So I guess that the monitor is causing issues?

What else do I have to provide as an information?

Second how did you connect the TV/Monitors to the GPU card?

Does your monitor that has the artifacts behave the same way connected to another computer?
