Got one: SAPPHIRE RX 480 NITRO OC 8GB. The card works fine but: I turn on the machine it immediately goes up to 3100 rpm. I went into AMD Settings and when I move it to manual setting nothing happens if I change it to 2500. (yes I applied it and reset it though I don't think I needed it) There is a new driver above though I say maxon spins from the first moment of power up. Someone's idea? I can't see rpm right now
