Hello i just purchased a sapphire radeon rx 7900 xtx nitro+ oc 24gb and it runs great so far but for some reason when i use displayport it gives me no signal until im in windows 11 pro, if i switch to hdmi i get a signal like with my former graphic card a 980 ti.

My pc specs are :

Amd threadripper 3960x

Asrock Trx40 creator "Latest Bios"

Sapphire Radeon Rx 7900 Xtx Nitro+ Oc 24gb

ASUS HYPER M.2 X16 GEN 5

Superflower 2000w Psu "SF-2000F14HP"

1x samsung 990 pro 2Tb

2x Samsung 980 pro 2Tb

1x Samsung 850 evo ssd 2Tb

6x Seagate 4Tb 

1x Toshiba 18 Tb

Corsair K100 Rgb Keybord

Logitech G903 Lightspeed

Monitor Dell U2713H

I tried replacing the cables same result the cables im using is Supra High End Displayport Cable 144Hz 2 Meter's

Havent tried a different monitor since i dont have one.

I have reseted the card and all the cables too

anyone know how to fix that?

i found out otday when i tried a last time with the displayport it shows picture  when windows is loaded, it didnt do that before so it must be the installment of driver's.

So im unsure if its my monitor that is to old or that the graphic card has newer version of the displayport ?

Well  i just got a

And im using a displayport cable and now i see a picture fra boot up and in windows aswell.

Appears it was the old monitor that was the problem

Seems fixet now
