Hello, have been creating 265 HEVC videos for five years played on Samsung smart tv. Moved to AMD HA HEVC coder for mp4 video files and even though video plays, there is lost function of fast forwarding. 
do you have an explaination. About to go back to AVC after 5 years in NVIDIA

Update. Reinstalled old GTX 1660 Super and NVIDIA drivers. I now back to creating UQ HEVC videos with only a 10% rendering output performance loss. Wasted money and a GPU that cannot be used until video editing developers resolve this AMD HA issue.
