RX7600 no signal when connected through hdmi

I just bought an RX7600 graphics card and when I tried to boot the system up via hdmi, and I only got signal for the screen where it says what to press to access the bios and then just a black screen. After that I tried connecting another monitor via display port and only then the monitor connected through hdmi got signal. Does anyone have any ideea on how this could be fixed so I can only use the monitor connected through the hdmi?

It can be caused by the grapher's drivers being out of date or corrupted

It was a fresh install of the latest drivers, I also tried uninstaling the driver in safe mode using DDU and reinstalling it, and the problem still persisted.

is it an older monitor?

You could try a DP to HDMI cable .. might help, might not

Check your cables, power socket, or the supply. You might have an under-powered GPU.

They are all good, it's a 600w power supply, it should be good enough for the gpu. I tried connecting the tv only through the hdmi and it worked fine, i just had to hit "set up hdmi" on the tv.
