Welcome everyone! The problem is the following. The RX6700XT simply refuses to go above 60 degrees Celsius with the fans literally screaming at it.
I am selling the card and everything works on my machine, but the problem appears on the buyer's machine. Tried it on two different machines.
What might be the problem?
