Hi
I have a problem after entering my password winows 11 freezes (Loads mouse works ) for about 5-6 sec
then a black screen for 5-6 sec ( mouse works )
And then comes the normal Windows desktop and you can work as normal as if nothing had happened ,
i did a stress test, everything works as it should fast, as always, no crashes.
Hardware:
Bequiet Pure Power 11 CM 600W
MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk MAX Wifi
R 7 5700X
RX 580 Saphire Nitro+ 4G (OC Bios off)
Acer a270 75 Hz
Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200 Mhz 16 GB
Crucial MX500 250 GB
Crucial P5 500 GB Gen 3
What I've tried so far in Windows and Commands in the Console (admin) and BIOS
Console:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
sfc /scannow
Windows:
Fastboot off
Restarted Explorer in the Task Manager
Device Manager shows no problem
Restarting the Graphics Driver : Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B
All temporary files deleted
adrenaline software deleted with DDU and new installed ( 24.3.1 24.1.1 ,
Installed today 23.11.1 test )
BIOS + settings:
Update from 7C91v26 to 7C91v27 AGESA 1.2.0.C
Memory Fastboot off
PBO off
PCIE gen switch: Gen3
XMP profile 2 3200Mhz
After a reboot, it seems to work, but after I turn off the PC overnight and turn it on again the next day,
the freeze problem is back, that's weird.
I hope someone has a solution thank you .
