The artifact in the video below never occur when playing games in fullscreen. Rarely occur in desktop. When I run yuzu emulator in vulkan and window mode (or borderless fullscreen) it happens A LOT, but in fullscreen it doesn't. Sometimes in desktop, instead of this artifact, the screen would turn off then turn on after about 2 seconds, and nothing is registered in windows event viewer.

Some infos:
-doesn't occur when recording the screen with the Radeon software (so its not a monitor issue)
-doesn't occur in 120hz or 60hz
-occur with hdmi or dp cables
-occur with freesync on and off
-occur with 2021 and 2020 adrenalin drivers
