rx570 high temperature

I am using the rx570 4 GB video card, but it seems to me that it gets very hot. There are 6 fans in my computer case, 3 in the front, 1 in the back and 2 on top, but it still gets very hot while playing games. For example, when playing the Spiderman Miles Mores game, it gets between 75-80C at medium settings. Is it normal? Please help.

According to this Safe Temperature website:

So if your GPU card is running at 80c it is till a little below its Maximum Temperature range but it is running a little hot though.

There are several factors that can determine your GPU card temperature:

1- Old Thermal Paste/Pads

2-GPU Fan not working at full speed/Dirty or going bad or you need a aggressive Fan Profile to run the GPU fans at full speed at a lower temperature

3- Poor Air Circulation inside your PC case

4- Hot ambient room temperature

5- Need to configure Game or Radeon settings for a cooler run.

It's been 1 year since I bought my graphics card, so I think the thermal paste is up to date. The GPU fan is not working, it only works when forced. And finally, I don't know how to configure it from the radeon settings.
