Despite that, it is not constant around 150 in Valorant, but it drops. I get 100 FPS on the league. What is the reason, I would be very grateful if you help me.

100-150 FPS certainly sounds like a playable frame rate, what is the problem? If you feel that your graphics card and system are not performing as well as it should try a 3DMark benchmark like Time Spy and it will compare your score to other similar systems.
