Hi Everyone,
I got three time in row on my NEW PC a black screen on both of my monitor for a couple second and all come back normal after....

Got three time the same double event and i was playing World of warcraft classic with all setting at max

Just got another black screen and after the come back to normal, The Adrenaline Software was closes...
I didnt got any event

do you get any error message after the black screen ? the pc works normally ?

DID we have any AMD support there ??? Or they just dont care of us ?

This is a user to user forum.

The error you posted is not the problem, you only see that on a driver install.

For some reason MS does not recognize the device has started.

Actualy have no idea what i have truly done but that look to have stopped in World of warcraft classic.

But i can't play Baldur's gate 3 with DX11. that crash everytimes. That also close my discord at same time... 
But i can play easy on Vulkan....

I have done many Clean up utility from AMD this week.

Installed all way driver and software..

Last one i have done is the Auto-Detect and Install Driver Updates for AMD Radeon™ Series Graphics and Ryzen™ Chipset. right after a Clean Up from AMD.

Actualy look better... But Adrenaline don't start with windows now....

I have been having the same exact problem. A bandaid i found was turning off hardware acceleration on discord which prevented discord from closing when i black screened. I also found that it always happens on discord when either scrolling, typing, switching to and from discord to another application. 

Did you end up finding out a solution?
