Hey, just bought RX 7600  Gigabyte gaming oc and.... after trying to solve idle power consumption and vram clock on 144 hz ,games started stuttering and GPU is not fully loaded.

My spec:

Ryzen 5 3600

MSI B450 PRO-VDH MAX

Patriot Viper 4 Blackout 3200 16 gb CL 16

Chieftec Proton 650w

Is it me did something wrong with drivers or its hardware issue or its bottleneck?(also sometimes before doing smthing with custom resolutions gpu wasnt loaded to 99%maybe to 80% but most of the time it was 99% )Also it would be great if u can help me with max vram clock on idle because non of all methods that i used really work.

I have the same problem, just got a rx7600 and it won't even boost or clock higher than the 460 I just upgraded from. I've tried everything from uninstalling the drivers to reinstalling windows and checking everything over inside the pc. In stress tests it pulls the right wattage and clock speeds but in game its terrible. My advice is return and switch to nvidia at this point.
