RX 6950 XT overused vs. CPU for flight simulator

Dear helpers,

I just bought a computer with RX 6950 XT and CPU I5 13600KF. When I want to use Flight Simulator, GPU is always at 100% with hotspot up to 114°c. While my CPU is just used below 10%!!!!  I'm scared that my GPU can be damaged with such high hotspot (evenif the nominal value is about 75°c).

Beyond the hight hotspot temp, I'm confused to see that CPU is used only at 5-10%?! (whatever the HD/2K or 4K resolution).

I use HW Monitor to check the temperature.

I really thank you in advance for your support

Finally, CPU montor gave bad info, means my cpu is used in a correct way. However, my hotspot still high despite I changed the profile in Adrenlaline by reducing voltage & frequency and increasing Fans speed! Is it normal to get hotspot @ 110°c sometime?

It is not good to have a core temp of 75°C with a hotspot of 110°C as that is a very large 35°C difference! Is this an AMD reference card or is it a partner model?

Another thing you can do to reduce utilization and temperature is to set a FPS cap.
