RX 6800 XT BLACK SCREEN

I have a big problem with Red Devil RX 6800 XT..Whenever I plug it in the PCI-e 16 slot, there is no signal on the screen,always black..
I don't know if the problem is with my motherboard or gpu..My System works fine with RTX 3080 - 3060 Ti & 1660 Super

system components : Ryzen 5 3600XT - MSI B450m PRO-VDH MAX - G-skill 3200Mhz CL16 DDR4 -Sandisk Ultra 480GB SSD- 1000W FSP Hydro 80+Gold

I had the same issue now im abble to get input on the screens but when i go play a game the screens lose the signal. Seams to be a driver issue. It's sad because if they dont fix this quick ill return the card and get a Nvdia.
