So I recently upgraded from rx 6500 xt to rx 6600 xt,but i think something is not right.On dx 12 low settings i get between 80 and 140 fps which is a lot lower that I see other people getting.I think the problem may be the low cpu and gpu usage (cpu 5% and gpu 60%) I have tried diffrent drivers which I installed in save mode and I used DDU for uninstalling.I have update bios and tried a bunch of diffrent settings on amd software,windows and bios but nothing seems to work.Think it may be a compatibility issue.

swift rx 6600 xt
16 gb 3200 ram
gigabyte B560M D2V
500 watt PSU
using latest drivers
I have also checked temps and there between 50 and 65 which is fine.I have another system with similiar specs,I may just try the gpu in there and see of it works.Pls help!
