My freshly bought RX 6600 XT is acting in weridly while playing games. In Battlefield V, it's usage is relatively low 50-75%, even if it is overclocked and ulps is off. The clocks are constantly changing and the power consumption is weird, at around 80w. In the menu, sometimes it reaches 100% usage and that is perfect, but in-game it is strange. The same applies to PUBG, and in Minecraft the fps is really low, the usage being at around 20-30% which is normal for minecraft i guess but the clock barely reaches 500. In benchmarks, it seems like it is almost perfect.
