Just bought a brand new and Radeon rx 6600, installed it and now my screen is flickering on and off. I have the latest drivers installed, I tried using different cables, I've tried everything I can think of. The CPU is a ryzen 7 2700 with 32g of ddr4 RAM. I really don't want to return another one.
