RX 6600 force pcie 1.1 instead of 3.0

Ive now bought rx 6600 on my MOBO b350 ASUS plus. I noticed worse performance in csgo compare to my former 6500 xt. Then i see in gpu-z version of PCIe 1.1 even on stressing. So i think its problem of rx6600 chosing version of PCIe. If it will be 3.0 ot will have great perfomance. Please help me.... In bios settings there is no option to force version of pcie.

p.s. latest bios 6042, ryzen 5600x

Advanced/AMD CBS/NBIO common options

scroll close to the bottom and you'll see PCIe gen speed option

There is only Early link speed optin and there are 3 positions: Auto, Gen1, Gen2. There is no Gen3 position
