hello! what happens if i buy an rx 6500 but dont have a power pin for it?

Also I have pci 3.0 and no external cable from the psu

that means the gpu will be like an rx 6400 for example

If the RX 6500 requires a PCIe Power cable to be connected to the GPU card you need to connect it otherwise it won't operate correctly but most likely it won't turn on without the GPU power cable connected.

You can purchase a Molex-PCIe Power cable to connect the GPU card or some other type of adapter.

As an example only from Amazon:

Your GPU card will run fine using PCIe 3.0 x 16 slot.

Hi, you're looking at approximately 107W maximum with the RX 6500 XT.
This means, the assumption would be slightly less with the NON-XT version.
Maybe atleast 100W or below.
