Hello, my graphic card does not boost the full frequency in the Formark test and the frequency goes up and down between 1800 and 1350. But inside the game, the average is 2050 and it goes up and down much less,  fps drop is not felt, but sometimes it freezes in the waiting section on the map to start the game, and then the problem is solved by going to the plane, my only fear is, is this high Does the decrease in frequency indicate that the graphics card is damaged? As I said, inside the game, it is mostly 2000 and above, but sometimes it goes up to 1800. Is the graphics card healthy or is there a problem? The frequency will fluctuate depending on load and available temp/power headroom.

Run the built-in Stress Test in the Adrenalin software and see what clocks and temp are.

I tested there, the frequency is on 2000 and above, and sometimes it drops, and it can be seen from inside the radar, but it quickly returns to the previous state, this frequency drop is accompanied by a voltage drop, the maximum temperature is 78 to 80

If the clocks are hitting the advertised frequencies on the Adrenalin stress test your card is functioning normally. You may not get full boost clocks if the temperature or power is too high.
