Rx 5700 XT Crashing random games (Windows)

A couple days ago I bought a used RX 5700 XT Sapphire Nitro+ (Micron) to replace my old RX 580 (which worked perfectly for more than 5 years) and came across crashes of some random (?) games, usually dx11.dll errors, once crashed with amd driver timeout.

All synthetic tests, Furmark, 3Dmark, Unigine
Baldur's Gate 3, Witcher 3, Deep Rock Galactic, Hunt, Portal 2, RDR 2.

Not Working:
Dirt Rally 2.0 - Game Violation Access crash on loading screen.
Lethal Company
PUBG - Unknown error before loading to lobby

At the same time almost every game that didn't work on Windows I ran on Ubuntu via Proton 8.0 and they worked fine. (Maybe because the renderer is Vulkan?)

What I did (Almost everything, except physical replacement of PC components):
- Lowered gpu frequencies and voltage as well as max tdp (50%)
- Installed PRO drivers
- Reinstalled Chipset drivers
- Disabled/enabled FreeSync, Anti-lag, enchanced sync, VSR
- Turned off AMD SAM (re-size bar in bios too)
- Reset bios
- Set pcie3 mode in bios
- Increased tdrdelay
- Re-installed Windows (10/11)
- Turned off MPO
- Stability testing of RAM, CPU, PSU
- Turn off XMP profile

My components:
Motherboard: MSI B450-A PRO MAX
PSU: Chieftec ECO 600W
Monitor: MSI G241VC 75Hz
M2: Kingston KC2500

Are these steam/ubi games? Tried file verification on the games that are crashing?

I have the same problem and the same gpu. I can’t play lethal company for 5 minutes without this driver-timeout error message.
I don’t know how to solve this problem but I just wanted to say that your not alone with this problem
