rx 5600xt low csgo fps

just intalled my new rx 5600 xt card, and played a game of cs. i was shocked, my average fps were 100. i think this is very very low. my motherboard has a pci-e 3.0 connector, but i dont think this is the issue. i downloaded the latest driver also. what can i do to get more fps? my cpu is i5-7400. my previous gpu rx 560 produced better fps.

100fps is way to low for a RX5600XT!
even my Laptop with RX560X get 160-220fps at 1440x1080 in CSGO...

0. disable Win10 auto-driver-install
1. use DDU in safe-mode to clean old driver
2. download latest driver from amd.com/en/support
3. install driver and reboot
4. test again

no - your i5-7400 shouldnt bottlenecking you in CSGO

EDIT:
did you do the DDU thing in safe-mode?
