Radeon RX 570, Signal loss, hard reset and reboot without GPU driver

Hey guys,

I have experience with PC crash during playing games and I would like to kindly ask for help. These crashes happened already twice and in quite random moments of playing (once after 20 minutes of playing, second after like 2 hours of playing). These crashes start with monitor loss of signal, after which i have to hard reset the computer. But when the computer reboot, GPU driver seems not to be  installed - second monitor is without signal, when I try to open AMD software an error message occurs with the information that the drivers cannot be loaded. And also in Task Manager in Performance section I couldnt  find my GPU. When I download install drivers again, everything seems to work fine. After my first crash I started to continuously check the temperature during playing but they seem to be quite low.
I also should add that these random crashes (loss of signal which forced me to hard reset) happened few times before, but never with "loss" of GPU drivers. Im not sure if it is related, but I also found txt file named "pls_debug" on my disk with dates that correspond with the described crashes (including crashes without "loss of drivers").

I would be very grateful for any ideas and tips. My PC setup is quite new (4months), except GPU which is older.
Thanks in advance!

Same issue with me , started 4/13/2022 , My PC will hang on a reboot , at which point i have to power down a second time ( manually ) and reboot to get-to windows .

I use an AIO pump on my ROG B550f WIFI

But the MB thinks it's my DRAM/DIMM that's causing the issue , I've tested multiple ways with no issue's to the RAM or DIMM slots that I could determine

To both of you I suggest to downclock RAM temporarily and test if the issue persists.

Go to the BIOS and set them to 2400MHz and tell me if that fixes the issue.

Also, disable "fast boot" on Windows.

Go to the sixth point in the 3rd way : https://www.passfab.com/windows-10/disable-fast-boot-windows-10.html

Many thanks for you response, I will try that and share results. Do you recommend some sort of RAM stability test or something after I do that?

I always use Memtest. Download it, make it bootable from a pen drive and give it a run!

I checked the BIOS setup and I already got XMP enabled with RAM freqeuncy equal to 2400 MHz as you suggested. My CPU speed is 2900 MHz. Is that frequency mismatch ok?
Also I made some stress test of my GPU and it was without problem. I have no clue what to try next..

And I also tried Memtest86, without error..

Yes, the mismatch is OK. There is no correlation between RAM and CPU clock in current generations.

The computer keeps resetting after the RAM downclock?
