Radeon R9 270 2GB DDR5 Blank Screen

I have a Dell XPS 8900 i5-6500, 750w  PSU, 32GB RAM, Win11 Pro, I am trying to upgrade the GPU to Radeon R9 270 2GB DDR5, everything powers on, the PC and the GPU, fan spinning, but there is no video output, I tried to do it on other GPU with similar specs, also blank screen despite powering up, I also tried to disable secure boot in BIOS and uninstalled current GPU driver, still nothing, both GPUs I tried to install are tested and working on other computers, when I installed back the original GPU, it works fine, don't know what else to do.

One possible solution is to check if the GPU is properly seated in the PCIe slot. Or you can try removing the GPU and reinserting it firmly into the slot. Another solution is to check if the PSU is providing enough power to the GPU. The Radeon R9 270 requires a minimum of 500W PSU, so the 750W PSU should be sufficient. However, you can also try using a different PCIe power cable from the PSU to the GPU. It is also possible that the GPU is faulty, and the user may need to replace it

Hi, I do have a 750w PSU, tried to reseat the GPU numerous times, I even tried a different GPU, I bought both GPUs from different sellers, they both sent me videos that they are working fine as evidence, I do not have other PCIe power cable, although it does power both GPUs with the one I am using, the issue is just the display not coming.
