I'm trying to play "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt GOTY Edition (v1.32)" in fullscreen mode with lower resolution (1680x1050). The system resolution is 3072x1920. But the image doesn't scale.

It fits top left part of the screen. 

If I use option like "play in window (fullscreen)", the game window appears at the center of the screen. 

I can play a game only if I set the system display resolution to game one's and choose "window mode (fullscreen)". I used different bootcamp drivers from AMD site and don't know how to fix this problem.

I feel your frustration but AMD only offers the drivers on their site as a courtesy. All support for graphics on a Mac including Bootcamp comes from Apple Support. I would highly suggest you ask you question to Apple Support and in an Apple Forum. 

Maybe someone here will be able to help.

wow! just found a solution! amazing!

so, I went to BootCampDrivers.com and downloaded the last version!

it will suggest to clean all your previous drivers and install a new after, just follow the pdf-instruction.

I got problem with setup.exe, it asks some .dll files to be found. It was solved be downloading  

Media Feature Pack   Download Windows 10 Media Feature Pack , but it because of my N version of windows.

Yep this is a know issue with the N version. Good to keep bringing up the fix though. Glad you fixed your issue.
