By taskbar functions, i am talking about start menu, wifi, sound, languge, clock/calender, and possibly more. I tried both the newest recommended driver and the newest optional driver. Uninstalling the driver in device manager fixes this problem. I've had this problem before but it got fixed by updating, but this time that doesn't work.
