Hey guys, recently I've been experiencing crashes, both of my monitors just go black and everything stuck, then I just have to restart my PC and if I wait a few seconds it crashes even harder and doesn't even detect my 2nd monitor and then I just have to install the AMD driver all over again and sometimes even that doesn't work just after a few attempts, when I checked the Reliability Monitor logs I found the problem event name: LiveKernalEvent usually the code was 117 and now I see it's 1a8/1b8 and more, I already tried running that scan on the cmd and I assume it didn't really work out..
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
