Hi.
Got a full green screen freeze without any text on today while playing rdr2 story mode.
Had to force shut off by holding the power button.
The moment it happened the xbox controller lost the signal and no sound either.
What could this indicate? Is this a common issue with pcs and it could happen from time to time or is it very unnormal?
Pc is just a month old and when i turned it back on nothing seems hot or anything.
pc spec: xfx merch rx 6950xt, i5 13500, 32gb ram, 850w ASUS tuf psu and a ASUS 760b motherboard.
Reading on the internet that this could make damage to the system?
Only thing i did after hard restart was to go in with command Chkdsk C: /f /r /x to do a repair of the disc drive. Nothing found and i doubt it is a ssd issue?
Would like to hear what you people think about this, is it related to grapic driver, game issue or something else? Playing on a LG oled c1 from 2021 that have amd freesync.
