Hello, I was using Mygica HD Cap Express capture card with no problems in a PC with Nvidia GT 640 and Windows 7 Pro 64 bits. Recently I bought an AMD Radeon RX 550 4Gb and decided to change my graphic card. So, I unistalled Nvidia drivers with DDU in safe mode, shutdown the computer, removed the Nvidia card and installed the RX 550. On startup I installed latest AMD drivers (radeon software adrenalin 2020 21.5.2 win7 64bit) and information system gave no error. However when I tried to capture video it doesn't let me do it in 720p. At least I could capture in 576p. As capture software I use either HDCap, which came with the card, Debut and OBS. There was no way I could make it run in 720p, so I had to go back to my Nvidia with no problems. As you may have noted english is not my native language so if something is not clear please let me know because I want to use the AMD RX 550 since it has a better performance. Thanks.
