Problem with crashing and freezing PC (6950XT)

Hello. I have a problem with Radeon RX 6950 XT GPU.
From the moment I installed Cities Skylines II, which caused the system to freeze and forced a manual restart of the PC, problems with games and programs began.
DXGI ERROR DEVICE HUNG - BF4
AMD Driver Timeout Error - Chrome
Crashing/Full Freeze - Wot, Cities Skylines II, Hoi4
From time to time, the system does not load drivers or starts with the card disabled in the device manager.
All drivers are up to date, bios updated, win10 up to date. Previous versions of drivers cause the same problem.
Any solutions?

I have my solution. In the BIOS, change the PCI Express options to GEN3, XMP lvl3 for RAM (+profile1 for full clock speed or without if it causes problems). No problem in games so far.
