I have a GIGABITE RX 6650XT GAMING OC GPU and I let my pc stay on sleep for an hour and when I came back I saw that the LED GIGABYTE Logo changed its colour to light blue from red (usually I can't change the colour through RGB Fusion) and the white LED that's on top of the PCIe power cable. What does it mean and how can I fix it?

same im in PH also.. may gpu is 1 year and 3 months old
before, it sometimes happen to see the white led. I just restart the pc and its gone. but yesterday night it doesnt go out! hahaha

I did try the ff:-
-reseat the gpu
-clean the pcie copper on the gpu

-check the wire connections-updated to the latest driver habang naka ilaw

-change swap to different extension socket ng PC-monitor the gpu power/voltage ( though i dont sure if whats the standard power reading)

-havent try to test on different PC and diff psu coz i dont have extra
