I encounter stutters in most games, CS GO, WARZONE, INSURGENCY SANDSTORM what to do??

RX 5500 4GB ( OEM )

Ryzen 5 4600g  3,7

RAM 16GB 3200

Windows 10 installed on SSD ( updateed )

rx 5500 is a low-end card.  400 watts couldn't turn my machine on. games on SSD run faster smoother, so does a wired connection vs wifi  (especially with microwaves) used market for video card and a new Powersupply would be what I would throw at it. more ram if you can. Otherwise win+R, MSconfig and turn off Bloatware at startup.
