Hello, I need advice on why my graphics card (radeon RX 5700 XT) doesn't work at full power when playing games. The game is in the middle details but it doesn't run as well as it should. FPS performance is still declining. And the graphics card runs at 40%. but in the 3D mark test, the graphics card can give full performance.
