OpenGL atio6axx.dll causing application crash

Windows 11 Pro 23H2 22631.3155 & Radeon RX570. I have been encountering an error when using Mod Organizer 2 (used for MODDING games like SKYRIMSE, Fallout4 + others). When opening a window to look as Nexus web sites with info on the mod I get the following crash.

Faulting application name: ModOrganizer.exe, version: 2.5.0.0, time stamp: 0x65640dd8

Faulting module name: atio6axx.dll, version: 31.0.21029.1006, time stamp: 0x64d595b7

I found many reports of issues with the atio6axx.dll. The only workaround I have found so far is going back to older version of AMD software.

amd-software-pro-edition-22.q4-win10-win11-nov15

It is a workaround for the time but I am hoping OpenGL team will resolve this issue.
