No video signal from RX6800 on X470 Taichi motherboard

Hello,

Initially, my RX6800 works, but due to frequent crashes while gaming, I've RMA'd the product.

I am on my 3rd card now. Card #2 and #3 could not output any Video signal at all, which is very weird because Card #1 did not have this issue.

The MSI Service centre has double checked card #3 and attested that it works before I picked it up.

The card lights up, but the Fans do not spin. My old NVIDIA 1050 TI still works no problem when swapped out. It doesnt appear that my computer recognizes the card the new RX6800 at all.

Anyone have any ideas?

Do you think I should try replacing the RAM?

I only got the 2 sets of DDR4s. The DDR5s were a typo.
