need help with my graphics card amd radeon hd 5700 series

hi, i have a AMD Radeon HD 5700 Series it wont let me install the amd software can someone tell me how to solve this issue or if my graphics card is fake

Install GPU-Z, use the 'Lookup' button which should then show exact card model.
