My graphics keeps on randomly turning off.

Randomly whether I am playing a high performance game or watching a movie, my pc display randomly shuts off. It can be when the pc starts up and it sometimes never happens I have tried using the heaven benchmark while monitoring temperature on cpu and gpu, and they are at normal levels. When the display turns off, the keyboard inputs and mic inputs also turn off. I have tried reinstalling windows twice, and I reinstalled the driver countless times, and yet the problem keeps on happening.

 

Specs:

Gpu: RX 6500xt

Cpu: Ryzen 5 3600

Motherboard: ASUS TUF gaming B450M-PLUS II

PSU: gigabyte p650b 650 watt 80 plus bronze

And to add: When I restart so I can get my display back, the driver in device manager has an error and I need to uninstall and reinstall it. And the problem occurs when the device is enabled in device manager.
