as the title says it just keeps dropping in games iv been playing and i have no clue why, Baldur's gate 3 was a bad one but the latest update seems to fix it but now i have been seeing it in other games like Factorio Roblox and Deep rock galactic among other games 

PS: it does not shut down my game or crash my PC it just freezes in games and continues normally, i have not changed anything in the BIOs or the GPU settings (asside from changing fan speed when playing VR)

You don't mention driver version?

Try using the amd cleanup utility and then use newest driver from download/save, install from that.
