My GPU is not detected by the AMD Auto-detect, device manager, and CPU-Z. How to fix this?

So I just installed a new GPU to my PC, and after I booted my pc on, the gpu is not detected on the Device Manager. So I checked CPU-Z and it's not detected there too. I thought it didn't matter so I just went to AMD Auto-detect to get my drivers downloaded. But, it said it couldn't detect any AMD GPU. I tried to do it manually, it failed. Any idea what this mean?? I already restarted my PC, uninstalled and installed the gpu again.

Specs:
Intel Core i5-2500
12 GB of Ram
AMD Radeon HD 7470

If you need any other information, I will be glad to provide it to you.

What version of Windows are you using?

What motherboard are you using?

The Radeon HD 7470 is at least 10 years old and is considered end-of-life.

The last drivers released for this card are from 2015. But if Device Manager does not detect the card, there is a problem between the card and motherboard that drivers will likely not resolve.
