I just started to use my tv as a 2nd monitor. Its works normally while I'm using discord chrome etc. But when I tried to open a game or fullscreen forced app(Like Big Picture Steam) it goes crazy. Like its quickly switching between screens. It resets my cursor position too. I tried other resolutions, AMD Eyefinity, third-party softwares like DisplayFusion. It didn't help much. Sometimes closing the game or unplugging tv doesn't fix it. But sometimes it does.
