I've recently built a computer and originally bought a 6750 xt. Everything ran smooth on it with no micro stuttering or input lag but I wanted some more performance so I upgraded to a 7800 xt 2 days ago. I ran DDU and cleared the previous drivers out but when I went to play Fortnite it stutters every 3 seconds and still persists after playing a few matches. On baldur's gate 3, the input lag was so bad that it's unplayable. At first I thought I needed to cache the shaders, but it's been happenings for 2 days now... I'm on AMD adrenaline 23.12.1 and have the latest chipset drivers. I tried to uninstall and reinstall amd adrenaline and even went as far back as 23.10.2. I made sure resize bar was enabled and AMD SAM is enabled too. I have a Ryzen 7700X and a MSI B650-P with 2 sticks of DDR5 RAM with 6,000MT/s. I've tried almost everything I can think of to troubleshoot this but am at a lost now. Any help would be appreciated
